Our downstairs unit was completely flooded due to a burst water pipe in the wall. FES were there promptly with all the commercial equipment to dry out the floors and walls before too much damage was caused. They liaised with my insurance company and the whole process was seamless from my perspective. This is the second time I have needed FES and they were great again.
