We used Flood Emergency Services twice at Our House accommodation service and they were excellent. They attended the site promptly and were able to tell us roughly how long it would take to rectify the issues we had. They completed the water extraction and drying of the rooms in the time they advised. All staff were friendly and competent. We will use again if we need them.
